Payment:

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

Shipping:

- Our cakes are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

- We ship via Royal mail with tracking information provided.

- Orders typically ship within 3-4 business weeks unless otherwise noted or for custom orders.

- Please contact us for expedited shipping options or international delivery.

Custom Orders:

We love creating custom cakes! Please message us to discuss your ideas and timeframes. Custom orders may require additional production time and costs.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Returns & Exchanges:

- Due to the custom nature of our cakes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss a resolution.

Damages:
